Sailing Program Leadership
OYC supports four somewhat distinct sailing programs. The Junior Sailing Program (JSP) includes sailing instruction from beginners to race team. The JSP Race Team is somewhat distinct from the rest of the JSP instructional program in that it is led by the JSP race coach rather than JSP program director. The Adult Sailing Program (ASP). provides sailing instructions for OYC members free of charge and is run entirely by volunteers. The adult racing program supports adult (all ages welcome) club races, a championship, and adult regattas and is also run entirely by volunteers.
Leadership for these programs are distinct, though with some overlap, and are described separately.
